Diaphragm Replacement and Regulator Repair Selection
This repair kit is intended for diaphragm and seal servicing on a matching LPG regulator. Select the replacement by regulator model, diaphragm dimensions and component layout. AT07 and AT09 compatibility must be checked separately before ordering.
A repair kit replaces service components, not the complete regulator. Check the supplied parts against the components removed from your regulator. The kit contents must match the repair required.
Which Regulator Does the Kit Fit?
The regulator identification plate is the starting point for selection. Provide the model marking and clear photographs of the regulator and existing diaphragm. A vehicle model or engine size alone does not identify the correct repair kit.
Regulator identification: AT07 or AT09 model marking and version.
Diaphragm dimensions: outer diameter, center opening and mounting-hole positions.
Component layout: diaphragm profile, seal locations and retaining arrangement.
Kit contents: quantities and shapes of the replacement components required.

When Is Diaphragm Replacement Appropriate?
Replace the diaphragm when inspection identifies damage or deterioration that requires replacement under the regulator service instructions. Pressure instability or leakage requires diagnosis before parts are ordered. These symptoms alone do not identify a diaphragm fault.
Inspect the diaphragm for cracking, deformation or other damage.
Check seals and mating surfaces during disassembly.
Inspect the regulator body and other serviceable components.
Replace the complete regulator if its condition falls outside the manufacturer's repair limits.
Post-repair checks determine whether the regulator can return to service. Follow the regulator manufacturer's procedure for leak testing, pressure checks and any required adjustment. A new diaphragm does not increase the regulator's approved operating pressure or engine capacity.

Are AT07 and AT09 repair kits interchangeable?
Do not assume interchangeability from the product names. Match the regulator version, diaphragm dimensions and complete parts list before selecting a kit.
Will this kit stop every regulator leak?
The repair depends on the source of the leak. A diaphragm kit cannot correct every fault. Damaged bodies, worn mating surfaces or other defective components may require additional repairs or regulator replacement.
Does the kit have its own 30bar or 350HP rating?
A repair kit does not establish the complete regulator's pressure or power rating. Follow the specifications for the exact regulator assembly and the approved replacement parts.
What should I send before ordering?
Send the regulator identification and measurements of the existing parts. Include photographs, diaphragm dimensions, required quantity and destination country so the replacement can be checked before quotation.
