NGV CNG Single-Point Conversion Kits
This product covers CNG single-point gas system configurations. NGV means natural gas vehicle. A mixer-based system introduces gas through a shared intake mixing point. The appropriate configuration depends on the engine, original fuel system and installation requirements.
The quotation defines the supplied kit. Confirm component models, quantities and exclusions before ordering. Cylinders, valves, pipes and mounting hardware should not be assumed to be included.

Will This System Match Your Engine?
Engine displacement alone does not establish compatibility. Provide the engine code, rated power and original fuel system. Carbureted and electronically injected petrol engines require different configuration checks.
Carbureted engines: Confirm the carburetor model, mixer dimensions and petrol shutoff arrangement.
Electronic fuel injection: Identify the injection type and required control or emulation functions.
Commercial vehicles: Confirm the original fuel and duty cycle. A petrol-engine conversion kit is not automatically suitable for diesel trucks or buses.
Application approval should identify the exact engine and configuration. Read our petrol vehicle conversion guide before submitting your vehicle details.

What Specifications Should Buyers Confirm?
Component ratings must match the intended application. Request the following information for the selected configuration.
| Fuel | CNG; request a separate review for LPG |
|---|---|
| Engine | Engine code, displacement in L, rated power in kW and cylinder count |
| Reducer | Model, rated inlet pressure in bar or MPa, outlet characteristics and capacity |
| Mixer | Model, mounting dimensions in mm and intake compatibility |
| Electrical Controls | Supply voltage in V, wiring diagram and shutoff control arrangement |
| Operating Conditions | Temperature range in °C and any coolant connection requirements |
| Kit Contents | Itemized component models, quantities and excluded parts |
| Destination | Installation country and required approval documents |
Configuration checks before purchase
The component list should distinguish the kit from a complete vehicle installation. Use our conversion kit component guide to prepare your purchasing checklist.
How Should Quality Claims Be Verified?
Model-specific records support technical claims. Request inspection information for the parts in your order rather than relying on general factory photographs.
Leak testing: Test medium, pressure, duration, acceptance limit and recorded result.
Reducer testing: Inlet conditions, outlet behavior, flow conditions and acceptance range.
Electrical testing: Test voltage, switching behavior and specified valve operation.
Traceability: Component model, batch or serial reference and inspection date.
Approval scope: Applicable standard or regulation, certificate number and covered model.
Certification must apply to the purchased configuration and destination requirements. Review our certification information and request the relevant documents.
How Can You Compare Conversion Costs?
Use measured operating costs instead of a fixed saving percentage. Compare local fuel prices and vehicle consumption under similar routes, loads and driving conditions.
Petrol cost per kilometer: Consumption in L/100 km × price per L ÷ 100.
CNG cost per kilometer: Consumption per 100 km × price per matching unit ÷ 100. Include petrol used during operation where applicable.
Payback period: Installed conversion cost ÷ net monthly operating saving, including additional maintenance costs.
Maintenance requirements depend on the installed components. Request the inspection and replacement schedule. See our CNG conversion kit maintenance guide for background information.
Which Delivery Options Can Be Discussed?
Shipping options depend on the order contents and destination. Sea freight, air freight, express delivery and buyer-arranged collection can be reviewed for the specific shipment.
Sea freight: Provide the destination port and required delivery date.
Air freight: Provide the destination airport for a freight quotation.
Express delivery: Provide the full delivery address and postal code. Carrier availability must be confirmed.
Buyer-appointed forwarder: Confirm collection arrangements and responsibilities before dispatch.
Compare freight offers using confirmed packing data. Request carton quantity, dimensions, gross weight and agreed delivery terms. Confirm carrier acceptance separately if cylinders or restricted items are included.
