Installation Hardware and Package Quantities by System
This CNG LPG accessory bag groups clamps, fittings and mounting hardware for autogas installation. The package includes cylinder couplings, floor joints, pipe brackets, screws and selected hose clamps. Contents vary by configuration.
Three configurations are available: CNG 3–4-cylinder, CNG 6-cylinder and LPG 3–4-cylinder. Compare the quantities below with your installation parts list. Engine cylinder count identifies the package option but does not establish compatibility with every vehicle.
What Is Included in Each Accessory Bag?
The table lists the quantity of each component per bag. A value of 0 means the component is not included in that configuration. Confirm the selected configuration on the order.

The main differences are clamp quantities and fitting selection. The CNG 6-cylinder bag contains 15 elastic clamps at Ø10.5mm and 10 hose clamps at Ø10–16mm. The LPG bag contains four Ø16–27mm clamps and excludes the Ø6mm cone sleeve and cone nut.
How Do You Select the Correct Clamps and Fittings?
Select a hose clamp by the installed hose outside diameter and the hose manufacturer's requirements. Hose inside diameter alone is insufficient. Check the clamp range, band design and specified tightening method before use.
Hose clamps: Match the installed hose diameter and permitted clamping method.
Elastic clamps: Check the specified size and compatible hose-and-fitting combination.
Couplings and nuts: Match the thread, sealing arrangement, tube size and intended fuel service.
Pipe brackets: Match the pipe diameter, mounting location and required support spacing.
Screws: Check the substrate, clearance and mounting requirements before fastening.
Each component must suit its own installation position. Clamps and brackets do not establish a pressure rating for the assembly. Is this a complete CNG or LPG conversion kit?
This is an installation hardware package. It does not replace the cylinder, regulator, ECU, injectors or other main conversion components. See our conversion kit component guide for the functions of the main system parts.
Can the same bag fit every 4-cylinder vehicle?
Vehicle compatibility depends on the installation layout and component dimensions. Compare the supplied fittings and clamp quantities with the actual hose sizes, connections and mounting points.
Are all parts suitable for high-pressure CNG lines?
The bag does not carry a single pressure rating covering every component. Use each item only for its documented application. Do not use ordinary hose clamps as substitutes for specified high-pressure tube connections.
Are nylon cable ties included?
Confirm cable tie inclusion and quantity on the packing list. Cable ties are not assigned a quantity in the configuration table above.
Can this bag be used with a sequential injection system?
Use it where the individual parts match the sequential system installation requirements. Confirm hose diameters, fitting types, mounting hardware and quantities against the system bill of materials.
Installation Checks and Ordering
Installation must follow the instructions for the connected components. Use the specified tightening torque where provided. Check routing, abrasion protection and mounting security. Test gas connections using the applicable system procedure before commissioning.
