Controller Versions, Sensor Inputs and Kit Contents
This CNG LPG ECU kit provides electronic control for a compatible sequential gas injection system. A multifunction fuel changeover switch is included. Select the controller version, harness and sensors together for the intended engine and fuel configuration.
The range lists 32-pin, 48-pin and 56-pin connector options for different configurations. Pin count alone does not identify the supported cylinder count, software or wiring. Confirm the exact model before ordering.

How Do You Select the Correct Version?
Engine requirements and injector-channel support determine the controller selection. Provide the engine code, gasoline injection type and cylinder count before choosing a connector option.
Engine: Vehicle model, engine code, cylinder count and injection arrangement.
Fuel: Required CNG or LPG configuration.
Injectors: Supported gas injector model, electrical characteristics and flow requirements.
Harness: Connector version, terminal assignments and required vehicle signals.
Sensors: Pressure and temperature ranges, signal curves and connector details.
Software: Supported firmware, calibration program and communication interface.
Controller versions must be compared by their documented functions. Do not assume that changing the harness makes different ECU versions interchangeable. Browse our CNG and LPG ECU range for related controllers.
MAP Sensor and Fuel Switch Functions
MAP means manifold absolute pressure. The compatible sensor provides an intake-pressure input used by the controller's configured gas-injection strategy. Confirm the sensor location, range and signal characteristics for the selected kit.
The included changeover switch provides the driver interface for the configured petrol and gas modes. Indicator behavior and available switching functions depend on the controller and software version.
Sensor input alone does not guarantee lower fuel consumption or a particular air-fuel ratio. Results depend on component selection, calibration and engine operating conditions. See our injector rail and ECU calibration guide for related setup information.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does one ECU support all 4-, 6- and 8-cylinder engines?
Support must be confirmed for each controller model. The range contains different configurations. Request the injector-channel specification and supported engine applications for the selected version.
Can I select an ECU by connector pin count alone?
No. Pin count is only one interface detail. Check terminal functions, electrical limits, firmware, harness compatibility and supported components.
Is the MAP sensor built into the ECU?
The sensor arrangement must be confirmed for the quoted kit. Request a component list and connection diagram identifying any integrated or external sensors.
Does the kit include the fuel changeover switch?
Yes. A multifunction fuel changeover switch is listed as included. Confirm the matching switch version and connecting harness on the order.
Is software calibration required?
Commissioning must follow the procedure for the supplied controller. Confirm the software, communication cable and setup requirements before installation. Do not assume that automatic setup is available on every version.
Can this replace an existing ECU without rewiring?
Replacement requires a complete compatibility check. Compare model identification, connector assignments, harness, sensors, injectors and software before connecting the replacement.
Documentation and Installation
Environmental protection claims require documentation for the supplied enclosure and connector arrangement. Confirm the applicable ingress-protection rating and mounting conditions before selecting the installation position.
Product approval and quality-management documents serve different purposes. Request any required approval records identifying the exact controller model and scope, together with its datasheet and wiring diagram.
Installation must follow the model-specific instructions. A qualified installer should verify supply voltage, grounding, circuit protection, signal connections and component compatibility, then complete calibration and functional checks.
