What Does 6×1mm Mean?
The 6×1mm designation means 6mm outside diameter and 1mm wall thickness. Use the outside diameter when identifying compatible tube fittings. Confirm dimensional tolerances and the fitting manufacturer's permitted tubing specification before assembly.
Tube dimensions alone do not establish a working-pressure rating. Pressure suitability also depends on the material grade, manufacturing process, condition, temperature and connection system.

How Do You Select Tubing for the Installation?
Select the tubing by the actual line conditions rather than the vehicle category. Identify the fuel, installation position, operating pressure and temperature before specifying a replacement or a new piping run.
Fuel service: Identify CNG or LPG and the relevant gas or liquid phase.
Pressure: Provide the maximum operating pressure and any expected pressure fluctuations.
Connections: Specify the fitting type, sealing method and compatible tubing requirements.
Routing: Provide the required length, bend locations and mounting arrangement.
Environment: Identify exposure to moisture, road salt, abrasion and nearby heat sources.

Surface Protection and Inspection Information
A black exterior does not identify the coating type or corrosion performance. Confirm the actual surface treatment and any supporting corrosion-test results for the supplied tubing.

Is this 6mm inside-diameter tubing?
No. The specified 6mm dimension is the outside diameter. The wall thickness is 1mm. Confirm the complete dimensional specification when selecting fittings.
Can this pipe be used for both CNG and LPG?
Each application requires a separate compatibility check. Confirm the fuel, operating pressure, temperature, material specification and approved connection arrangement. A CNG or LPG product label alone does not establish suitability for every line.
What is the maximum working pressure?
The working-pressure limit must come from the specification for the supplied tubing and connection system. It cannot be determined from the 6×1mm dimensions alone. Send the required pressure with your inquiry.
Can I order lengths other than 5.5m?
Custom cutting is available. State the required length, quantity, cutting tolerance and delivery format when requesting a quotation.
Are fittings included with the pipe?
Confirm the package contents on the quotation. Specify any required nuts, sleeves, connectors or mounting brackets separately so they can be checked against the tubing and installation requirements.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation must follow the instructions for the selected tubing and fittings. Use suitable cutting, preparation and bending tools. Keep the bore clean and avoid flattening, kinking or damaging the tube surface.
Routing must protect the tubing from vibration, abrasion and heat. Use appropriate supports and protect exposed areas according to the installation requirements. Check the completed connections using the applicable system leak-test procedure.
