Gas Injection Control and Component Matching
This autogas ECU controls gas injection in a compatible gasoline-to-CNG or LPG conversion system. It is offered for sequential injection applications using supported gasoline port-injection engines. Select the controller version together with the wiring harness, injectors, sensors and calibration software.
The gas ECU is a conversion-system controller, not a replacement for the original gasoline engine ECU. Confirm the required signal connections and fuel-switching arrangement for the specific vehicle installation.

Which Engine and System Details Are Needed?
Engine injection type and controller channel count determine the starting point for selection. Vehicle age alone does not establish compatibility. Provide the engine code and fuel-injection details before choosing an ECU.
Engine: Vehicle model, engine code, cylinder count and gasoline injection type.
Fuel: Required CNG or LPG configuration.
Injectors: Gas injector model, electrical characteristics and required flow capacity.
Sensors: Pressure, MAP and temperature sensor types and signal characteristics.
Wiring: Connector layout, terminal assignments and vehicle signal requirements.
Software: Supported calibration software, interface cable and controller firmware.

Calibration and System Setup
Calibration must match the installed fuel-delivery components and engine operating conditions. Confirm the injector selection, reducer settings, sensor configuration and software requirements before commissioning.
Automatic calibration, where supported, is one step in the setup process. Follow the controller instructions and verify operation under the required driving conditions. Do not assume that a PC-free setup or self-learning function is available on every version.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this ECU support 4, 6 or 8 cylinders?
The supported cylinder count must be confirmed for the selected hardware version. Request the model identification and injector-channel specification before ordering. Similar housings do not establish identical capabilities.
Does it include OBD functionality?
OBD support must be documented for the exact controller and software version. Confirm the supported functions and vehicle communication requirements. Do not assume OBD support from a product-family name.
Can the same ECU work with both CNG and LPG?
Fuel support depends on the controller configuration and matching components. Confirm the supported fuel options, reducer, injectors and sensor setup for the intended installation.
Is the software and interface cable included?
Package contents must be confirmed on the quotation. Identify the ECU, harness, switch, sensors, communication cable and software access separately.
Can it replace an MP48 or another existing controller?
Replacement requires matching hardware, wiring, software and system functions. A similar appearance or product description does not establish interchangeability. Send the existing controller identification and connector photographs for review.
What OEM services are available?
Custom logo and packaging requests are supported for bulk orders. Technical changes require a separate review of the requested configuration and validation requirements.
Installation and Product Documentation
Installation must follow the wiring and mounting instructions for the supplied controller. A qualified installer should verify power supply, grounding, circuit protection, signal connections and component compatibility before calibration.
Technical documents should identify the exact controller version. Request the datasheet, wiring diagram, supported software and applicable approval records. A quality-management certificate alone does not establish the ECU's product performance or vehicle compatibility.
